An ever-evolving menu
Here, cuisine is lived as much as tasted. Seated in front of the ocean, guests discover a short menu that evolves according to arrival and season, faithful to the inspiration of the day and the products available. Service takes place on the outdoor terrace, which opens onto landscaped gardens. Light, sea air and hushed voices all contribute to an atmosphere as fluid as it is natural. In the gastronomic bistro setting of the Hautes Mers, the Chef presents a 7-course tasting menu, conceived as an oceanic journey. Lobster, langoustine, and blanc-manger follow in a refined composition, where each dish reveals perfectly cooked flavors and the freshness of the ingredients.
