An ever-evolving menu
Here, cuisine is lived as much as tasted. Seated in front of the ocean, guests discover a short menu that evolves according to arrival and season, faithful to the inspiration of the day and the products available. Service takes place on the outdoor terrace, which opens onto landscaped gardens. Light, sea air and hushed voices all contribute to an atmosphere as fluid as it is natural. Nothing is static, everything is alive, just like the island itself.

The Brasero brings guests together to enjoy flame-grilled cuisine. Whole fish, grilled vegetables, shellfish to share... The flame creates a warm, open meal, in direct contact with the island. A simple, generous proposal to end the week on a high note.

A must-visit on the island, Le Bar de la Meule extends the spirit of Les Hautes Mers in a former fishing port with a singular charm.
Just a few minutes by bike from the hotel, this island outpost exudes raw warmth — weathered wood, marine objects, and a grand timber frame.
Come for a sunny lunch, a sunset cocktail, or a relaxed dinner of the day’s catch or samphire risotto.
Authentic, convivial, and timeless — it’s a place you always return to.

Vent Debout can be privatized for your events, in a intimate setting overlooking the Atlantic. Elopements, team lunches, birthday dinners or tailor-made corporate events: each project is carefully supervised by our Chef and our teams. An elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, cuisine inspired by the island... everything is brought together to create unique and memorable moments at our seafront boutique hotel.
Private use of the restaurant for an exclusive lunch or dinner for up to 60 seated guests.
Just a few minutes from the hotel, the Bar de la Meule can also be privatized. In this iconic setting overlooking the port, its large terrace and bistro atmosphere offer a unique venue for convivial events: iodized aperitifs, team evenings or celebrations with friends, punctuated by seafood platters and the ambiance of the sunset.
